  • Always have a good breakfast, with one helping of protein, one of cereal and one fruit

  • Try not to leave long gaps between meals.

  • Ideally every 3 to 4 hours have a small meal.

  • Avoid heavy dinners late in the night - have yourmain cereal by 8.00 pm. and your vegetable protein serving later.
  • If you are working late nights, instead of tea/coffee, have fruits/ fruit juices instead.

  • Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water everyday
