- Talk freely to the fitness manager about your routine, exercise habits, health complaints etc. and follow all instructions given.
- Never skip warm up and cool down stretching, even when in a hurry.
- All weight training exercise should be done as slow as possible.
- Keep a balance between your cardio-vascular and resistance training exercises
- Don't jump very high in increasing intensity of workout
- Regular workouts is the key to getting results
